L’article est un ensemble d’enquêtes s’intéressent à« l’ensemble des hommes et des femmes travaillant dans les administrations publiques et, plus précisément des femmes cadres, dans les administrations publiques et à la nature de leur leadership ».

The study deals with the suffering of women and minors from the violence inflicted on them, as well as the social, economic and environmental causes of their deviation and the possible legal means of their assistance. And the study exploring the link between violence against, women and Women’s involvement in illegal activity (the Sex Trade).

The study is concerned with the importance of law and justice in the achievement of gender equality and addresses several topics such as legal pluralism in social systems, women's experience in the field of justice, access to justice and the role played by law and justice institutions in the distribution of rights and resources among women and men in all Sectors. It also enumerates barriers to access to justice and gender equality based on information and statistics in several countries of the world
